After some quick Googlemancy, I have discovered the recent Zelda movie trailer is a huge joke. Well, I mean, It smelled heavily of Uwe Boll in the first place; but, it is a literal joke. A cruel April Fool's prank. Anyone with taste in the world of video game movie adaptations would have PRAYED that it was a joke in the first place. The princess was lookin' all busted, Link was a mute Abercrombie and Fitch model, Ganondorf had a seriously bad case of facebeard, and everything else was just a big ball of wrong.

Except the Scottish dude. If they make a real movie, I elect that they cast that guy. Because he was flippin' awesome.

That trailer is sort of brilliant in that it combined every horrible cliche known to man as well as terrible actors. I feel like the acting in this trailer was better than every moment of Dungeon Siege, although.

But yeah I saw the trailer....Link looked terrible. I didn't think Zelda was THAT bad, but there was definitely something off with Ganondorf. If only IGN had spent (wasted) some extra money and done a CGI Ganon. That might've been sweet.
